Vice President Joe Biden will debate Congressman Paul Ryan tonight. Most political scientists would tell you that VP debates don't matter much. But everyone else seems to think tonight's debate is unusually important. Is it? // Tully's Coffee has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. KIRO Radio's Linda Thomas talked to Tom Tully O'Keefe about why he started his coffee company and how it fell short. // ROSS-COLORED GLASSES: U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks says Congress isn't doing enough to prevent the possibility of a cyber-attack. Dave says if things ever really go down, he's ready. He has a soldering iron. And then Rep. Dicks surprisingly calls in. // As part of his update on the fungal meningitis outbreak in Florida, Gov. Rick Scott inadvertently sent callers to an adult phone line rather than the toll-free meningitis hotline. Luke says maybe adult hotline hosts should staff the meningitis information line.
