Father says half his soul is frozen after a child's death

An 11-year-old girl died two years ago today after a large chunk of ice snapped off the Big Four Ice Caves and struck her. How does a parent have a normal life again on after losing a child? "Half of my soul has been frozen," the girl's father says.
