Luke says even though Mark Emmert believes football programs shouldn't be too big to fail, he's proving that it is too big to fail by not giving the program the "death penalty." // A hiker in Utah spotted a man dressed in a goat suit among a herd of wild goats in the mountains. "The man appeared to be acting like a goat while wearing the crudely made costume, which had fake horns and a cloth mask with cut-out eye holes," according to reports.
