University of Washington athletic director Scott Woodward discusses the fallout of yesterday's Freeh Report that concluded Penn State officials covered up child sex-abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky in order to avoid bad publicity. Among other things, Woodward says that Joe Paterno was too powerful and that the NCAA could hand down punishment even though this situation may be outside of its jurisdiction. Woodward also stresses the importance of athletic programs being transparent.
