Linda begins with our top stories. An Army Sergeant based out of JBLM is suspected of massacring 16 Afghan villagers yesterday while they slept. Moving from house to house, village to village and opening fire on sleeping families, mostly women and children and setting fire to some of the bodies. We talked with retired Army Major Mike Lyons and Jorge Gonzales the Executive Director of Coffee Strong about the currently-unnamed soldier and what kind of motive the he could have had. KIRO's Ursula Reutin reports there is a battle going on off the football field that could change the way high school players in our state get ready for their games. And Tom expresses his extreme disappointment in the Huskies begins snubbed from the NCAA tournament...but a silver-lining has emerged...
