KIRO's Chris Sullivan spoke to the first parent to be hit with the 250-dollar fine for a child who throws a party when mom or dad aren't at home or didn't know about it, and as you might imagine, he thinks it's a dumb idea. The State Supreme Court ruled yest citizens cannot file initiatives to vote on red-light cameras. We get reaction from Luke Burbank from the Ross and Burbank Show.
